As the founder and project manager of innovation lab, Zaya (zayalab.com), I led all aspects of operations across a portfolio of health and wellness events and apps. I built and directed a 4-person startup team through complete product development cycles, personally owning the full product design lifecycle — from UX research and wireframing to prototyping, user testing, and final UI delivery across web and mobile platforms. Under my leadership, the venture scaled to a community of 5,500 members and drew over 7,500 attendees globally. My ability to execute across both the strategic and technical dimensions of the business earned the startup a spot in Stealthmode Berlin by Factory Berlin, a 3-month accelerator program in partnership with Google for Startups and Henkel DX.
