In collaboration with Vivobarefoot, I designed and produced a brand activation to support their entry into the German market in 2023, connecting them with Berlin's wellness community. The experience included a barefoot forest walk, live foot and shoe scanning stations with personalized biomechanical insights, hands-on product trials, and a closing talk on Vivobarefoot's identity as a B Corp and their commitment to impact-driven business. I also connected Vivobarefoot with a curated network of 20 influential wellness and holistic figures across Berlin, amplifying their market entry through trusted, community-led relationships.
