In collaboration with Vivobarefoot, I managed the end-to-end production of a brand activation supporting their entry into the German market — coordinating vendors, logistics, programming, and partner communications from concept through execution. I built and managed a curated network of 20 influential wellness figures across Berlin, handling outreach, onboarding, and relationship management to amplify their market entry through community-led partnerships. The activation brought together Berlin's wellness community through a multi-touchpoint brand experience including a forest walk, product trials, live scanning stations, and a closing brand talk.
